Located on the ground floor in a small group of 4, the aprtment is recently constructed and very well appointed. The location is also very close the fishing village of Alvor with superb beaches and restaurants.
Both of the bright bedrooms have twin beds and air conditioning, with the main bedroom having it's own en suite bathroom. The spacious living and dining areas is appointed with 2 leather sofas, a sofa bed, 2 pouffes which fold out to children's beds and a large dining table. An entertainment system including TV, DVD, CD & sky freeview is also available. The kitchen is also ideal for those who prefer to self cater offering all of the amenities you would expect at home.
Outdoors there is a private garden area with 4 chairs and a terrace with a barbecue which accessible by the patio doors. There is also an outdiir dining setting. There is also a secured storage area for occupant's use. A golf club set and tennis rackets are provided at this apartment.
