Shopping and dining are also a treat in Sarasota, from the charming St. Armands Circle to colourful beachy Siesta Village to downtown Sarasotas trendy bistros. There is something for everyone at prices to suit. 
The villa is located just off the main interstate road known as the I-75 exit 38. Its location is in a quiet residential area and has a beautiful aspect to a nature reserve to the rear of the property. The villa provides an ideal base for your holiday with Tampa airport 1 hour away, even disney attractions are less than a 2 hour drive. Busch Gardens 1 hour. Naples 1.25 hours. Siesta beach 15mins. Venice Beach 20 mins. The main shopping malls are 10 mins away and for your food shopping 3 mins. Dentists and a new Doctors Hospital on the Bee Ridge Road are close by should you require medical attention.

Property Description

This luxury 3 double bed, 2 bathroom, pool comes complete with living room, dining room, kitchen/breakfast area, laundry room and double garage. This fully air-con villa and swimming pool has been built of recent time and so is of modern design and furnished to a high standard providing you with all the home comforts you could wish for in holiday accommodation. The pool benefits from solar heating, underwater lighting and a purpose built mesh caging. There are three bedrooms, the master bedroom with a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, clock radio etc this has been refurbished since the photograph. The second bedroom also has a Queen size bed and the third bedroom, twin beds, each furnished to the same high standard. There is a second bathroom to accommodate these two bedrooms. We provide bed linen, towels, etc. 

The lounge and dining area have all the home comforts to include cable TV, video, stereo CD/tape, and the dining table comfortably seats 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, blender, fruit juicer, toaster and all crockery, cutlery, pans and utensils. The utility room is equipped with a large washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a rotary clothesline outside. Around the pool area is a table, six comfortable chairs, small tables and good sun loungers. Our pool area has its own flowering garden outside the lanai. A gas BBQ is also there for your use.
