Coast/Beach
Son Parc has one of the best beaches in Menorca. There are lifeguard during the summer season. The beach is excellent for children. There is a beach bar and restaurant and water sports of all kinds. There is good parking near the beach which is a 5 min walk from the villa.

Golf
The golf course is a 2 min drive from the villa.

Travel
Mahon airport is about 20-25 minutes by car. Car hire is highly recommended as there is so much more to see in Menorca! There are shops, a regular visiting doctor, restaurants and bars near the villa.

Distances
Mahon with shops, restaurants on the port, museum etc 20 minutes. Ancient capital of Cuidadela with Palaces and waterfront restaurants. Fornells - picturesque fishing village with good restaurants (favorite of the King of Spain)

Property Description

The villa is situated in the private sector of Son Parc north of the island in 2008 it was fully booked in 4 weeks, there is a Large terrace with private pool, built-in BBQ and private garden. 5 minutes walk to the beach and within easy reach of bars, restaurants and shops. Son Parc has the only 18 hole golf course on Menorca.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be sent in writing and will be effective on the date which they are received. Cancellation charges are payable as follows:

Period before departure we are notified            Percentage of total cost payable

Over 48 days                                                      Deposit only

30-47 days                                                          50% of total cost

21-30 days                                                          75% of total cost

Under 20 days                                                    100% of total cost

If your cancellation is within the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to make a claim.

At the time of booking a deposit of 20% is requied

Other fees

We will make every effort to arrange any changes you request after the booking has been confirmed; however any changes to dates or courses are subject to availability of accommodation. Any change within 20 days of arrival carries an administration charge of £15.

The villa rental is a 5 bedroom & sleeps 10 extra beds are charged @ £125 per week.

Cots are charged at £35 per week.

High Chair £20 per week.

OUR RESPONSIBILITIES.

 Neither we nor the owners of any accommodation provided shall be under any liability for any injury, death, inconvenience, damage, loss, accident, delay or additional expense howsoever caused, occasioned to or incurred by any of your party or any other person due to circumstances beyond their control and in absence of negligence by the Owners or BBmenorca as the Agents.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.

 Please remember that the property you are renting is a privately owned home. With your booking you take responsibility if there should be any damage or breakage with regards to this property and its contents, caused by you or any member of your party. We will be obliged if you will advise our local office of any such problem immediately so that it may be rectified. Any such claims (including legal costs) made against us must be borne by the client.

 

Flight arrangements

Flights should be arranged through an ABTA or ATOL bonded travel agent. Your contract for the flight arrangements is not with BBmenorca and as such BBmenorca cannot be held responsible for any delays or other problems which may arise with your flights.

 

Accommodation

BBmenorca act as booking agents for Private clients.  In the unlikely event of any problem with your accommodation, please bring it to the attention of Carlo Martini (0034675329325) immediately. The apartments & Villas are privately owned, therefore please show respect for their property and report any breakages or damage. Your accommodation is not to be shared or let to anyone not listed on the booking form
