Within the immediate vicinity (10-15 mins walk) there are two Supermarkets, Bank, and several Restaurants and Bars. Quesada village with its numerous shops, Banks, Restaurants and Bars is 15-20 mins walk or 6 mins in the Car. Quesada also has amongst its facilities an Aqua Park, Country Club offering Tennis and Live Entertainment and La Marquesa Golf Course, a par 72, 18 hole course. Within 35 mins of Quesada currently there are 12 Golf corses including Villamartin and La Finca where the 2006 PGA Championship is to be held. It is planned to increase the amount of courses in the area to 22 by 2007 making it the Golfing centre of Spain.

The region offers a wide range of sporting activities and is on the edge of a National Park renowned for its therapeutic Salt Lakes, Pink Flamingo’s and other wild life, Trees and plants.

The old Spanish coastal town of Guardamar is approximately 10-15 mins drive away and has excellent facilities for windsurfing, scuba diving and jet skiing. Guardamar boasts 11kms of Dunes and Golden Sandy Beaches together with the spectacular Parque Reine Sofia Here find terrapins ducks geese, swans and peacocks roaming around landscaped gardens and ponds.

There are numerous local fiestas throughout the year and Markets are compulsory entertainment in Spain and you can certainly visit one every day. The nearest being Campo de Guardamar held on a Sunday. You will find excellent value for money on a wide range of items from fruit and vedge to clothing, linen, crockery and leather goods etc.

For the young at heart there are many Night clubs, Music bars, Restaurants around the bustling town of Torrevieja (15-20 mins drive).

Property Description

Superb modern 3 Bed, 2 Bath Villa with Communal Pool, close to the Costa Blanca blue flag beaches of Guardamar and Torrevieja. Many Golf courses within 35 mins radius. 

   

Welcome to our home in Spain, Villa LLamedos is situated on the Jardin De Laguna 3 urbanisation, Cuidad Quesada, Rojales approximately 30 mins drive from Alicante or Murcia Airports.

This is a modern 3 Bed/2 Bath Villa benefiting from a Private Communal Pool with showers and Toddler pool in landscaped area. The Villa is fully furnished to a high standard and offers all the comforts of home. Air conditioning throughout provides comfortable living whatever the weather with facility to heat as well as cool. In the lounge/diner you will find a widescreen TV with satellite Receiver offering a combination of English and Spanish stations. (30 English TV Stations + Radio).  A two seat and three seat Settee’s plus dining table and chairs.

There is a separate fully equipped Kitchen with Oven, Hob, Extractor, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave and Washing Machine.

On the 1st Floor the Double Bedroom has fitted wardrobes and unsuited Bathroom. Double Patio Doors lead out onto the sun terrace equipped with table and chairs and two loungers. A large umbrella is also provided for when you have had enough sun if that is possible!

The other two twin bedrooms are on the ground floor together with the Second fully equipped Bathroom, Lounge/Diner and Kitchen. Both Bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and chest of draws.

Outside you will find a Sun Terrace fully equipped with garden furniture consisting of large table and six chairs for that outdoor dining experience under a large umbrella if required plus two sun loungers.

Master Bedroom with en suite bath/shower, wc, bidet and washbasin. Air conditioning, King size double bed, chest’s of drawers and fitted wardrobes doors out to roof terrace

Terrace  Two chairs and table, two relaxer chairs, large umbrella.

 

Twin Bedrooms, Both fitted with twin single beds, fitted wardrobes, chest of draws and Air conditioning. 

 

Ground floor Bathroom, Bath/Shower, wc, bidet, wash basin.

 

Front Terrace, Large table and six chairs, large umbrella, two sun loungers

Small Rear Terrace, Table and two chairs.

   

A Non refundable Deposit of 25% is required upon booking with the remainder due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

Security Deposit of £100 is required along with the Balance with each booking this will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of property shortly after departure.

A meet and greet Service will be provided on all bookings with full explanation of Villa’s facilities. Please note For Customers who arrive in unsocial hours i.e. 20.00 pm- 08.00 am their will be a 20 euro charge payable locally to our agent for this service.

Use of Air conditioning is included.

All linen, Hand and Bath Towels included however, please note we do not supply Beach towels please bring your own.

We do not operate a Sat-Sat booking policy.

A welcome pack is included with our compliments consisting of milk, tea, butter, bread, sugar, eggs, cornflakes, jam, 6 cans of beer and a bottle of wine.

For two week stays the mid term linen change and fresh towels is included.

NO PETS ALLOWED.PLEASE NO SMOKING INDOORS!

Baby Cots (20 euros per week) and High Chairs (10 euros per week) can be hired, please advise your requirement when booking

We can arrange Car Hire should you require with local Company in Quesada, cost of hire will be explained upon enquiry.

We can arrange Airport pick up/drop off at both Alicante and Murcia, cost for this Service is 40 euros in each direction. Please note For Customers who arrive/leave in unsocial hours i.e. 20.00 pm- 08.00 am their will be a 20 euro surcharge payable locally to our agent for each journey for this service.
