The villa has a large private pool . The pergola area is fully equipped with BBQ , fridge/freezer, sink even a Dishwasher for eating under the stars 'alfresco'.

Coast/Beach
One of the best beaches on the coast is a 15 minute walk away. It has sun beds, kayaks and pedaloes for hire.
A short drive away is a childrens amusement park with trampolines, bumper boats, go karts, jet skis, water skiing, bungees, sling shot, bar and much more.

Golf
The villa has a view over Marbella golf course which is the next junction off the main road. There are many golf courses in the area, just a short drive away. Such as Rio real, Santa Maria, Santa Clara, Cabapino, Artola are all within 10 mins drive.

Skiing
Sierra Nevada mountains are just over 2 hours drive away and are beautiful in the winter and the summer.

Travel
Malaga Airport is a 30 min drive away.

Distances
Marbella centre is only 6kms, Puerto Banus is about 15 mins drive. Fuengirola is about 15 mins away and Benalmadena is about 25 mins drive. Gibraltar is about 45 mins away. Tarifa about 1 hour and 15 mins.

Further details
5 mins will find you some excellent restaurants, a tennis club, beauty salon, mountain walks, newsagents, bakery, rent a car, children's indoor play area. Beach is only a 15 min walk. Golf is the next exit on the main road.

Outside tropical pergola and pool bar area to include fridge, dishwasher, sink, bar and BBQ. The garden is very private with tropical plants and trees, there is all day sun but with shaded areas. There is flat grassed area suitable for children´s ball games. The villa is very close to all amenities only a 5 minute walk are 3 restaurants, a tennis club, beauty salon, newsagents, bakery, fully stocked supermarket and much more. There is a short walk to probably the best beach in the area which has many wonderful beach front restaurants with sun beds, kayaks and pedaloes for hire.

The villa has been fully reformed and is very comfortable and we are sure that you will want to re-book year after year.
