bedroom with king size bed with air conditioning, spacious large fitted
wardrobes and patio doors leading onto the extremely large balcony
superbly furnished with sofa, chairs and table and a further table and
chairs.Second bedroom with air conditioning, two, single beds and spacious large fitted wardrobes.Well
furnished, air conditioned comfortable lounge with double sofa bed, TV,
DVD player and CD player.  Patio doors also leading on the large, well
furnished balcony.Fully equipped open plan
kitchen with breakfast bar, combination microwave, George Foreman grill
and electric 4 ring cooking hob.  All utensils, crockery, pans etc
(everything you will need).  There are also two hairdryers, iron and ironing board also provided.Bathroom with toilet/bidet, sink, bath and shower.5
swimming pools (one heated) with plenty of sun beds and parasols
provided free of charge.  Poolside bar open 10 am to 6 pm daily serving
drinks and food.  Small, quiet, private residential complex which was
awarded "Best Development in Egypt" in 2006.This
is a fabulous place to "chill" out in comfort at a very reasonable
price with friendly, English speaking staff and 24 hour security. 
Brilliant night life if you want it and spectacular beaches to enjoy
and soak up that gorgeous all year round sun.Photographs do not do the apartment justice - you really have to go and see for yourself!!Plenty
of bed linen and luxury extra large towels as well as hand towels and
face towels are provided.  Fully air conditioned in all rooms.  Iron
and ironing board provided.  Pedestal electric fan also provided which
can be used on the balcony or wherever you choose.  24 hour security. 
Small shop on site.  Selection of games, DVDs, CDs for your personal
use  (You only need to bring your clothes and yourselves)! 
Administration office with English speaking, friendly staff who will be
able to help you with many services such as taxis, tours, camel rides,
quad bikes, boat trips, etc.  Discounted diving tuition to clients
organised personally by two residents on site (please ask for
details).  Laundry room next to administration office with washing
machine, tumble dryer.  Staff will do your laundry for you if requested
at very reasonable prices.Electric and water paid locally at the end of your stay payable to the administration office (approx. £30 high season).  Please
remember that this is a self catering apartment and we would appreciate
