Villa 004 is located in a prime position in Cape Greko with just 10 minutes walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus.  The property offers beautiful sea views from the roof top terrace and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a glass of chilled wine whilst enjoying the glorious sunset.  This property offers open space modern living and has the minimal aspect of design.  This villa is located in the beautiful Cape Greko just bordering from the centre of Protaras.  The advantage of this location is that you are close enough to enjoy what both areas have to offer.  Within a 2 minute drive you are in the bustling resort of Protaras centre, a lively resort with something for everyone or a 5 minute stroll and you can relax on the local sandy beach with crystal clear waters.  Water sports are available for those feeling more energetic.  The blue flag Konnos Bay is one of the finest beaches you will find and well worth a visit with its floating sun beds, soft sand and shallow waters ideal for children.  A meal in the Cliff Top restaurant with stunning views over the bay is an experience not to be missed.  .Just a little further past the bay you have Cape Greko national park which is a truly stunning area and also well worth a visit.  The sea caves are very popular for diving, attracting tourists from all over the world and also provides wonderful walks.   This villa is perfect for a relaxing break but is close enough to the larger resort should you want something more lively.  A great holiday destination with a fantastic climate over 340 days of the year.

 If you cancel at any time you will lose your deposit. Since we incur costs in canceling your booking arrangements, you will have to pay the applicable cancellation charges up to the maximum shown.

 

 

 

AT ANY TIME LOSS OF FULL DEPOSIT

   If you cancel within 120 days to 60 days prior to your arrival date 25% of total villa rent.
   If you cancel within 59 days to 30 days prior to your arrival date 50% of total villa rent.
   If you cancel within 29 days or less you will be charged the full villa cost.

 

 

 

9.5   If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges. Claims must be made direct to the insurance company concerned.

15% of the total amount is requested for deposit and the balance is payable on arrival at our 24 hour Check-In office
Other Fees:

500.00 Euros refundable security deposit or opt for the damage waiver at 7.00 Euros per day.
