This stunning 3 bedroom villa is set on 3 levels and is situated on the east coast of Cyprus in an area known for its scenic landscape and golden sandy beaches with only a 2 minute drive away from the main strip of the resort of Protaras. The roof top terrace offers dining facilities and stunning sea views of the golden coastline. The ground floor is of open plan design and has a spacious living, kitchen and dining areas. The living area is equipped with a Plasma TV with an International satellite system and tasteful lounge furniture which looks directly out onto the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and crockery and includes oven, hob and extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area has a marble look dining table with accompanying chairs to comfortably seats six guests. On the second floor of the villa you will find all three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is a double room with patio doors leading onto a intimate balcony .The other 2 bedrooms are twin rooms which are stylishly furnished and one of them has a TV and Playstation 2 (games not included). Continue on up to the third level and you will find the roof top patio with sea views set out with outdoor lounge furniture, an ideal setting for looking out over the wonderful scenery, or enjoying the tranquility of the setting. The spacious pool and patio area is equipped with an outside shower, modern sun loungers, plus a parasol for some well needed shade as the sun is on the pool area for the majority of the day. There is also a table tennis table to bring out the kid in all of us. And for spending the warm evenings outside, a gas bbq is provided and outside dining table and chairs to seat 6 people. The villa is fully air conditioned (for cooling or heating) which is included in the rental price. A safe is provided for the guests use. |

Protaras is a popular resort for many people world wide. Famous for its golden coastline and sparkling clear waters; it is a favorite for both young and elderly, families and single parties. There are plenty of activities with many sandy beaches along the coastline with water sports ending with the famous Fig Tree Bay Beach. You will also find a wide selection of bars and restaurants with various cuisines along with an abundance of shops to browse in. Protaras holds many forms of entertainment and attractions, the beaches and water sports for daytime and bars, entertainment and nightlife for an evening. The many shops to browse include a supply for your everyday needs, shoes, clothes, gifts, jewellery and pharmacies. The bungee bounce trampolines will entertain the younger members of your party. You will also find 2 MINI GOLF COURSES on the top road of Protaras, which entertain both young and elderly, with small amusement arcades and small cafes for some light refreshment. |
