Protaras is a lively family resort which offers something for everyone.  Famous for its golden coastline and sparkling clear waters, it is a favorite for both young and elderly, families and single parties. There are plenty of activities with many sandy beaches along the coastline with water sports ending with the famous Fig Tree Bay Beach. You will also find a wide selection of bars and restaurants with various cuisines along with an abundance of shops to browse in.  Protaras holds many forms of entertainment and attractions, the beaches and water sports for daytime and bars, entertainment and nightlife for an evening. Cancellation policy:

 If you cancel at any time you will lose your deposit. Since we incur costs in canceling your booking arrangements, you will have to pay the applicable cancellation charges up to the maximum shown.

 

 

 

AT ANY TIME LOSS OF FULL DEPOSIT

   If you cancel within 120 days to 60 days prior to your arrival date 25% of total villa rent.
   If you cancel within 59 days to 30 days prior to your arrival date 50% of total villa rent.
   If you cancel within 29 days or less you will be charged the full villa cost.

 

 

 

9.5   If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges. Claims must be made direct to the insurance company concerned.

500.00 Euros refundable security deposit or opt for the damage waiver at 7.00 Euros per day.
