There are a few sandy beaches in this area, the most popular being the Marlita beach which is just a 10 minute stroll from the villa. This beach has all the amenities you will need from renting of sun beds and parasols to watersports for the more energetic. The beach is golden sand with crystal clear shallow water, ideal for children and a favorite for snorkeling and scuba diving. Pernera has a lot to offer the holiday maker with a variety of shops to browse and restaurants to suit all tastes. The local bars all welcome children and offer sky sports daily and nightly entertainment.  There is a small water park just a short walk away which is suitable for younger children. A stroll along the coastline from the brand new boardwalk is a must taking in the breathtaking views of the crystal clear waters.  Pernera is a great holiday destination with a fantastic climate over 340 days of the year.

Cancellation policy:

 If you cancel at any time you will lose your deposit. Since we incur costs in canceling your booking arrangements, you will have to pay the applicable cancellation charges up to the maximum shown.

 

 

 

AT ANY TIME LOSS OF FULL DEPOSIT

   If you cancel within 120 days to 60 days prior to your arrival date 25% of total villa rent.
   If you cancel within 59 days to 30 days prior to your arrival date 50% of total villa rent.
   If you cancel within 29 days or less you will be charged the full villa cost.

 

 

 

9.5   If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges. Claims must be made direct to the insurance company concerned.

500.00 Euros refundable security deposit or opt for the damage waiver at 7.00 Euros per day.
