One year contract 200 euros monthly + utilities+ 40 ytl monthly management charge. 6 month contract 225 euros monthly + utilities+ 40 ytl monthly management charges. 3 month contract 250 euros monthly + utilities+ 40 ytl monthly management charge.
Deposit 1 months rent. Must give one months notice to move out. Monthly rental May, June, September, October 450 euros per month including all running costs. 200 euros security deposit. 125 euros weekly + 100 euros security deposit. Konyaalti Beach Travel Guide
Konyaalti Beach is a pebblestone beach strip a few kilometers to the west of Antalya city center. It is also the beach of choice for Antalya residents especially on the weekends. There are many hotels and guest houses behind the highway running along the Konyaalti beach towards resort cities such as Kemer and Beldibi. Konyaalti beach unlike Lara Beach does not have that many luxury resorts, though it has a few of the best hotels in Antalya.
The beach has many cafes, restaurants and bars along the strip and has a nice atmosphere with many beach actitivities. You can also see snow capped beautiful Taurus mountains (Bey Daglari) while on the beach, especially on a clear day.
There is a tram running from city center to Konyaalti beach but many other public transports are also available.
