Property Description

This Penthouse Style Apartment is ideal for 1-2 weeks or just a long weekend for
families or golfing/sporting parties alike. It has recently been refurbished and
refurnished to a high standard. New, bright and modern fitted kitchen. New
ducted air conditioning with reverse air heating. Two great SUN terraces to
enjoy outdoor living, one facing north and the other south, so you can catch the
sun all day. Sports Rights for four members included in the price offering 50%
reduction on all sports/green fees. Fully furnished and equipped. On enquiry you
will receive a full colour brochure of the apartment with many pictures with
detailed information. This is ideal for a short stay or 2 week holiday, you will
not get bored!
Bedrooms (2) : Twin Bedrooms (2), + Cot. 2 Single or double
beds if required. Beds can be single to sleep 4 individuals or put together to
sleep 2 couples. A Cot with sheets and a high chair are also available for rent
at a small charge (£30 per week). There is a double sofa bed in the lounge. The
patio doors in the master bedroom opens to the South facing sun terrace wich
overlooks the peaceful Bellaluz square where eating your afternoon lunch or
evening meal is highly recommended. The balcony overlooking the square can
comfortably seat 4-6 people.
Bathrooms (1):  1 Bathroom. Shower and Bath with fully tiled
walls. Large mirror and sink. Washing machine fitted.
Kitchen:  Hob, Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Fridge,
Freezer, Washing Machine. Open Plan with new fittings and fixtures, new hob and
oven, microwave, fridge freezer This is a well equiped kitchen There is also a
B.B.Q and a fondo set.
Living Room: Spacious comfortable seating area for 6 people
with large settee and reclining chair. The North Facing private sun terrace is
accessable through patio doors where breakfast can be taken under the morning
sun. This terrace is not overlooked. In addition there is Colour TV/DVD with
full sky sports and european channels available. Open plan dining area. The sun
terrace is private with views of the local gardens, shrubs and trees.
Dining Room: Seating for 6 people around the extendable
dining table.
Entertainment: TV, Satellite/Cable, English Channels, DVD
Player, HiFi, CD, Radio, Board Games, Books. Colour Satellite TV with all
English/European channels and sky sports. DVD player with a selection of DVDs
provided Mini Hi Fi with a serlection of CDs provided There are also a few
travel size board games and a selection of playing cards. 
Outside: Shared Pool, Children's Pool, Communal Garden,
Balcony, BBQ, Parking, Garden Chairs, Sun Loungers. 2 sun terraces, 1 facing
North and 1 facing South for both morning and afternoon sun. Both terraces can
seat 4 people comfortably. There is ample parking, various secluded and private
swimming pools for both adults, younger children and paddle pool for tiny tots.
Poolside restaurant and shops and supermarket.
General: Airconditioning, Heating, Bed Linen Provided,
Towels Provided. If you can think of any other facility required, please feel

The apartment is located overlooking Bellaluz square at the heart of the La Manga Club and close to all the tennis, golf, cycling, walking, shopping and restaurant facilities. Only a short walk from the SOLAR HEATED Olympic sized swimming pool & childrens paddling pools which has just been equipped with heating to extend its use into the cooler months. There You have reduced golf green fees on one of the three (3) fantastic La Manga Club CHAMPIONSHIP North, South ans West golf courses. There is also Cycling, diving, fishing, horse riding, mountain biking, mountaineering, roller blading, sailing, swimming, tennis, walking, wind-surfing available on the complex. The square is quiet and peacful by day and a great atmosphere in the evening.

Bellaluz Village: YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL COLOUR INFORMATION PACK showing all the extra pictures of the apartment. The square is a Spanish style plaza with bank, supermarket, various shops, bars and restaurants (these are located very close by to the apartment, and are in addition to the resorts other facilities). This really is the heart of the La Manga Club and provides a focal point for evenings out, in a relaxed Spanish style. The apartment is very close to the Bellaluz swimming pools, where you will find an Olympic sized swimming pool with showers and changing rooms, large children's pool, children's play area and a great snack bar serving drinks, tapas and ice-creams etc. Guests also have use of the large pool area at the tennis centre.

La Manga Club is one of the most exclusive resorts in Europe. This sportsmans paradise is set amid the Murcian hills and spans over 1400 acres. With three championship golf courses, a first class tennis centre, fitness centre and health spa, together with a great choice of restaurants and bars, there is so much to do and enjoy. However, if all this activity is not your style, then just relax next to one of the many beautiful pools or at the nearby beaches. La Manga Club really does have something for everyone. For younger members of the family you can book places on the football and tennis training academy during school holidays. La Manga Club also has a Mini Fiesta club which delivers activities and childcare.

Places to Visit: Just a short drive away is the village of Los Belones where you will find a number of good restaurants and bars. The historic large town of Cartagena is the nearest commercial centre just 15 minutes drives away, a former Spanish naval port that has benefited from recent and current investment. Here you will find a great selection of high quality shops in the old quarter along with fine traditional Spanish restaurants and Tapas bars. Murcia is the nearest city and is worth a visit just to feel its Spanish charm. Here you will find museums, shops, restaurants, superb architecture, etc. definitely worth a visit.

Coast/Beach: Whilst situated in the picturesque hills over looking the La Manga strip, the resort has its own beach, which is situated just 5 minutes away in the Calblanque nature reserve. This area provides a variety of lovely unspoilt sandy beaches waiting for you to explore and because of its status of nature reserve there are no buildings whatsoever. Access is via dirt tracks; La Manga Club has a beach 'La Cala' which is accessible by car. La Cala has a lovely seafood restaurant overlooking the beach. A little further away (within 10 minutes drive) you will find the Mar Menor, an inland sea that is warm, calm, offering superb water sport facilities along with fine sandy beaches, great for the kids. Water sport activities can also be booked through La Manga Club.

Other Sports/Travel: There are many walks in the surrounding hills and beaches, along with some great mountain bike routes. Mountain bikes can be hired on site. There is also a water sports activity centre on site where you can book, sailing, wind surfing, scuba diving and motor boating on the nearby Mar Menor. Because the facilities are so extensive at La Manga club, the BBC held the 2003/04 Superstars on site. Cheap flights to Murcia (20 minutes drive from La Manga Club) from UK regional airports are plentiful with airlines such as Ryanair, My Travelite, BMI Baby and Flybe. A little further away is Alicante Airport (1 hour) with numerous charter and scheduled flights from the UK. Car hire is useful but not essential. Most parts of the resort can be reached within a 20 minute walk. Details of car hire and taxi firms can be provided.

Change overs are normally on Saturdays by 10am however this is very flexible but dependant on the next incoming family and their arrival time. Should you cancel within the 4 weeks prior to arrival there is no refund. The conditions for the SPECIAL OFFERS (for out of season only) are that you take your own sheets and towels and leave the apartment VERY CLEAN AND TIDY ready for the next guests by doing this I can give the reduced price, and you SAVE MONEY!!!! A £50.00 cleaning deposit will be required to protect the next guests.
