Owners Comments: The Apartment

This lovely 2 Bedroom Duplex apartment has its entrance on the ground floor. With only a couple of minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, cafes and shops it is ideal for both families and couples alike.

Living/Dining Room

The living room has a large sofa (which is also a double sofa bed) and 2 armchairs as well as an extending dining table that seats up to 6 people. The sliding patio doors lead you onto a balcony with table and chairs for 6 people. There is a TV with DVD/CD player that can be used at no additional charge. We have a small variety of DVD’s for you to watch.The TV has a satalite attached to it and you can receive Portuguese, English and German television Stations.

Ground Floor Shower Room

The shower room consists of walk in shower, hand basin and toilet

Kitchen

There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with a cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board. A variety of cooking and serving dishes and utensils are available for your use during your stay.

There is a lovely staircase that leads down to the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom

This bedroom comprises two single beds, bed side tables, dressing table and large fitted wardrobes. There are patio doors that lead out to another balcony and steps down to a small terrace. The en suite comprises of a full bathroom suite with over bath shower attachment.

Twin Bedroom

This twin bedded room comprises of twin single beds, bed side tables and spacious fitted wardrobe with a safe for your valuables. (For use at guest’s risk). There is also patio doors that lead out to the same balcony and terrace as the main bedroom.

Bathroom

The bathroom consists of bath (with shower attachment), hand basin and toilet

General Information

There is a no smoking policy inside the apartment, but it is permitted on the terrace and balconies. Sorry no pets allowed. All linen and bath towels are supplied. Please bring your own beach towels. The maid will clean apartment and put clean linen on beds as well as leaving clean towels out prior to your arrival. For those booking for more than 1 week, the maid will clean and change all linen and towels at the begining of each week. However if you require additional maid service this can be provided at an extra cost. A Travel cot, highchair, potty, changing mat and/or folding bed can also be supplied, upon request at an additional cost.

Guests have exclusive use of all 5 communal swimming pools within the complex and they are open between the hours of 9.00 - 21.00. The nearest pool is approx. 50 meters from the apartment. Sun beds are available on a first come first serve basis at no extra cost. 2 Tennis courts are on site and equipment is available for hire.

Only 45 minutes west of Faro airport.

There is a refundable deposit of £150 which is payable when you book to cover damage and/or breakages.

Long-lets available, please ask for more details.Also, Electicity costs are extra for low season and long let rentals. Prices quoted are for up to 4 people sharing. Extra person charges may apply during high and peak season. 20% deposit payable on booking confirmation, balance due eight weeks prior to arrival date. There will be a security deposit required of £150 which will be refunded provided there is no loss or damage to the apartment.
