Bedroom 4 (in annex) with double or 2 single beds. Cot and high chair available, no charge. Facilities include cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwashing machine, microwave etc. fully fitted kitchen with ample crockery cutlery etc. The Annex kitchen is fully fitted with cooker and microwave, fridge, freezer etc. Satellite TV,DVD and video. Selection of DVD discs and videos, books and board games..

First floor main house 1 bath, shower and WC. Ground floor main house 1 shower and separate WC. First floor annex 1 shower and WC. The large garden is fully enclosed and suitable for children, a covered BBQ area, with garden furniture and sun loungers. The private pool is for your sole use and is 4.5m diameter over-ground type with detachable steps for security. There are cycles for your use. With a half dozen golf courses near by (40 min - 90min by car ) All are listed suitable for beginners and experienced players. Coastal settings and inland in the grounds of châteaux. All provide excellent facilities. Security deposit required. It is highly recommended that you also take out holiday insurance with cancellation clause. Off season lets heating is included.
