Bedroom 2 is also on the lower level which opens onto a gated courtyard, and has twin beds, built in cupboards and a hair dryer. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and overlooks the golf course. The kitchen has marbled worktops, and is fully equipped with all of the modern conveniences. The kitchen opens out onto a terrace with views of the communal pool area. The light filled living areas include a drawing room which opens out to the terrace which overlooks the golf course, log fire, two 3 seater settees, TV, video, DVD, CD player, large dining table. The terrace area is also comfortably furnished. |

This townhouse is superbly located for keen golfers. With views from the terrace and third bedroom of the Parque da Floresta golf course. Lessons, regular tournaments and clubs & buggies are available. Boa Vista, Palmares and Penina courses are also close by. Salema beach is just 2 miles away, and further afield, less than 15 minutes drive takes visitors to Praia da Luz and Burgau. There are excellent windsurfing and surfing beaches close by.Many spa, restaurant, pool and restaurant facilities are within minutes walk fronm the townhouse. The village of Buden which has a bakery, supermarket and petrol station is just 1 mile away. |
