Villas Menorca Sur Son Bou Beach Resort, MenorcaThe Villas Menorca Sur is an attractive group of bungalow style villas situated in the elegant estate of Torre Soli, close to the beach of Son Bou.
Each villa has three double bedrooms with twin beds in each. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle whilst the other bedrooms share a large bathroom with a full bath.
There is a large lounge cum dining area attractively decorated with sliding glass doors leading onto the poolside area.
The separate and fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a vitro ceramic electrical hob and oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, a toaster, an electric kettle and sufficient crockery and kitchen utensils to cater for six guests.
The villa has covered and open terraces and a ramp or a few stairs leading down to the 7 x 4 mts kidney shaped pool with inbuilt Jacuzzi. The entire tiled terrace area is fully equipped with summer dining furniture, table and seating, sun beds and a portable BBQ.
All the villas have air conditioning and heating units in the lounge and bedrooms, Satellite TV, DVD, a washing machine, a safe and a property alarm
Each villa has its own private garden with a wooden gated entrance, and pretty rockeries using aromatic herbs and native plants
In the nearby resort of Son Bou there are numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets, souvenir shops; children’s play areas and a pharmacy.
Our villas are situated in the quieter green belt area and some 2kms from the Beach car park and 1800mts from the popular commercial area of Son Bou.
We offer: A clean and change of all towels (hand, kitchen and bath) twice a week and clean bed linen once a week.
Just to help start you off a “welcome pack” will be left in your villa upon arrival,

Son Bou is situated on the central south coast of the island, some 20kms from the airport and ferry terminal of Mahon. The western ferry terminal of Ciudadela is a 45 minute journey away The nearest town to Son Bou is ALAIOR, a university town with a dairy industry background. All general offices, banks and shops are located quite easily here. The resort of Son Bou has a commercial centre, housing shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, disco, in door bowling club, private medical centre and general pharmacy
