You won't be disappointed to find your home with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, towels, bed sheets, and linens, all for less than you would spend on one hotel room! Whether it is lounging in your own personal pool or preparing a special meal for your family and friends in our spacious kitchen, we feel that you will not be disappointed. Restaurants and grocery stores are within minutes of your home. We are close to all Central Florida Attractions and convention locations. If you are approved and traveling with a pet, you must have a check-in sheet on file with our office prior to your arrival, to insure the safety of your pet and our staff. If a pet is found in the house, you will be asked to vacant and no refund will be given. Please contact our office if you are traveling with a pet so we can complete this process at 1-800-505-1359. Pet fees of $150 are Non-refundable. All of our vacation villas are block-built on generous sized lots. You will be impressed by the light and airy design and the quality workmanship both inside and out. Standard features include air-conditioning and a double garage. For added convenience, your home comes equipped with a washer and dryer. Your fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, ice maker, stove and oven, microwave oven and a dishwasher. Our homes are provided with linen, towels and cutlery. |
