Brand new apartment in the quiet village of Mar de Cristal with views of the sensational Mar Menor and surrounding areas.  The apartment has air conditioning and a private pool within the complex.  One double room and one twin room sleep 4 people with a further sofa bed available.  The lounge has all the home creature comforts you would expect, and the kitchen is fully fitted including a washing machine.  The balcony receives morning sunshine on the patio furniture.  The bathroom has a bath with a shower, and a bidet, it also comes with all essential amenities including towels and a hair dryer.

Mar de Cristal is 20 minutes drive from Murcia airport where cheap car hire is readily available.  There are shops and restaurants within walking distance.  More leisure facilities can be found within a short drive to the La Manga strip, where a whole host of different cuisines and activities can be found, including many different water sports.  Cartagena, 20 minutes drive away, provides many shops within massive shopping complexs and also local shops and customs with something for everyone, not to mention a further huge range of restaurants.  La Manga is of course famous for its golf and there are many courses within a very short distance including the famous La Manga course.  The coast of the Mar Menor is a mere 10 minute walk away providing a relaxing environment all year round, not to mention the very warm sea water.

La Manga is known to have average temperatures of 30C with 320 days sunshine per year.  This makes the apartment suitable for anyone wishing to have a relaxing break away, and is also suitable for young children with the secure surroundings.
