The villa is set in its own private garden with swimming and childs splash pool. - Tastefully furnished throughout including fridge/freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, washing machine, TV with satellite (includes English programmes) and DVD player. - The 4 bedrooms are 1 double, 2 twins and 1 double sofa bed. - The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. - The kitchen is just off the lounge giving direct access to a large veranda overlooking the pool (sunbeds and umbrellas provided) and garden area with a brick built BBQ and poolside shower. - Towels and linen are included. - Kemer town is only a 10 minute walk away with shops and local restaurants. - The town of Fethiye is a 25 minute bus journey. - No smoking and no pets in the villa. - Please email for cot and high chair requests. - Included with your accommodation price is an arrival welcome basket of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, cheese, jam, eggs, butter, water and fruit juice; a weekly clean/change of bedding and a meet and greet visit.
