If you are looking for that special Florida holiday villa rental may we present to you our modern luxury executive home situated on the exclusive Clear Creek Estate at Woodridge, just 15 minutes drive from the Walt Disney resort and all the many exciting Florida attractions close by.

This luxury 2000 sq. ft, fully air conditioned home can sleep up to 10 people and is fully equipped for all your relaxation needs. Perfectly situated 6 miles from the Disney Resort and close to the amenities of the 192 highway.

Our 2000 sq foot air conditioned villa can sleep up to 10 people. There are 2 Twin Bedrooms with their own bathroom and built in wardrobes. The Double Room it front facing and has its own ensuite bathroom. The Master Bedroom has a huge walk in wardrobe in addition to an ensuite bathroom and a brand new King Size bed.

The Family Room leads onto the pool area with an alarmed door, this is required by law but can be switched off if not needed. Pool heat is optional at an extra charge and there is a barbeque outside the pool area.

At the front of the house is a large double garage in addition to a double driveway so there is ample parking for up to 4 vehicles.

We have cable TV in the Family Room and the Master Bedroom with approximately 90 channels and we have supplied board games and a deck of cards for the quiet nights in.

The kitchen contains a dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge freezer and the separate laundry room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. We can also accommodate your baby with a sturdy travel cot and high chair. Bed linen and towels are provided, however we ask you bring your own towels for use around the pool area.
