On the terrace of the house there are sunloungers for your exclusive use

There are 4 bedrooms: 2 double, 1 twin and 1 single. Master bedroom has a private balcony from which you can see the sea and that catches the setting sun. There are two bathrooms and three toilets

Within a short walk you will find the beach, local shops and a choice of restaurants.

Tourist Bazaar is 5 mins by Dolmus (Turkish minibus service) or car

Kusadasi city centre is easily reached by Dolmus (passes 50m from the villa) or by car, where there are many shops and restaurants as well as vibrant nightlife

The nearby waterparks and beaches make this a great location for a family holiday

The local beach is Silver Sands beach and has restaurants as well as sunloungers. For a quieter day visit the National Park where you may be lucky enough to spot a wild boar

WATERPARKS IN KUSADASI
Kusadasi has two main aqua parks, Aqua Fantasy and Adaland, they both have swimming pools, water slides and many other activities for both children and adults alike. It’s a great opportunity to visit on an organised day trip and it’s refreshing for a day after a night of partying down Bar Street or just to cool off from the heat.

THINGS TO DO
Kusadasi has many excursions to offer including boat trips, jeep safari trips, Turkish nights and horse safaris as well as trips to the historic sites. Alternatively Silver Sands Beach has a reange of watersports including jet skis and paragliding. These can be booked through our local agent or one of the many companies in town that offer trips such as these at a reasonable price. These trips really are a must as they will enable you to see more of Kusadasi and the wonders of the country and learn a little more about the culture and magic of Kuasadasi
