The villa must be left in the condition as found on arrival. Any furniture moved must be placed in its original position on departure.

No responsibility can be taken by the owner for any personal accident or damage to persons whilst on the premises, howsoever caused. Holiday insurance is the responsibility of the guestes and we would advise a comprehensive policy be obtained.

Smoking is NOT permitted in any of the bedrooms.

Failure to comply will result in the retention of the deposit against damage.
