Tregurrian Villas is a select development of just three villas is located approximately one hundred yards from the superb sandy beach at Watergate Bay and offers a high standard of accommodation throughout.

Each self catering villa has two ground floor bedrooms with a lounge and kitchen/diner upstairs.

Each two bedroom villa features

  • One double and one twin bedroom one of which is with satellite TV and DVD player
  • Deluxe bathroom with shower and toilet
  • Separate toilet
  • Lounge with widescreen TV with a wide range of satellite channels including Sky Sports plus DVD player and a high quality double sofa bed
  • Separate well-equipped kitchen and dining area with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer compartment, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and board plus a wide range of kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery
  • All bedding made up for your arrival, comprising linen, pillows and duvets
  • All towels and tea towels provided for villa use

Watergate Bay, Cornwall

Watergate Bay is simply stunning - a fantastic long sandy beach which stretches for over two miles at low tide. Your first glimpse of the bay, as you come over the top of the hill, is likely to be one of your most memorable views in Cornwall.

Watergate is one of Newquay's biggest and most spectacular of beaches located just three miles out of town on the coast road towards Padstow. There's a handful of bars and restaurants and excellent beach facilities including a café, shop, extreme sports' hire and lessons - including surfing, kite-surfing and kite buggying, plus lifeguards are on hand in the main summer season.

Nearby hotel facilities

Guests are most welcome to use the facilities at the Porth Veor Manor Hotel in the neighbouring resort of Porth, just two miles away. Beaucliffes Restaurant offers superb cuisine. Table reservations can be made via Beachcombers Reception.

Disabled clients

Disabled clients are most welcome, however Tregurrian Villas do not have a lift and are entirely unsuitable for those confined to a wheelchair or for anyone with severe walking difficulties. Please note some Beachcombers Apartments are suitable. Should you require advice please ask.

Pets

Pets are not accepted in any of the Tregurrian Villas although registered guide/service dogs are welcome free of charge.
