Large heated swimming pool

These newly refurbished properties are fully heated for year round rental. Each property has its own patio overlooking the river which is ideal for relaxation after a day of exploring or sightseeing.

Satelite TV, DVD, video, wifi and a music/CD system are available in each lounge.

Set on the riverbank in a protected valley of outstanding natural beauty these properties are very well secluded but remain within walking distance from the village of Plouguenast itself.

Sleeps up to 20 people, consisting of large Lounge with large log burner fire place, large fully equiped Kitchen and Dining room with long French oak dining table, 8 bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, large garden with stone built barbeque overlooking the river. Gas central heating.

MILL COTTAGE -

Sleeps up to 10 people, consisting of Lounge with large log burner fire place, fully equiped Kitchen and Dining Room with long French dining table, 4 Bedrooms, Bathroom and patio/barbeque area. Fully heated.

LEAT COTTAGE -

Sleeps up to 14 people, consisting of Lounge with large log burner, Kitchen and Dining Room, ground floor bedroom with unsuite disabled facilities, 5 further Bedrooms, Bathroom and large patio area on the river with stone built barbeque. Ramp access to cottage. Fully heated.

BANK COTTAGE -

Sleeps up to 9 people, consisting of Lounge, Kitchen/Dining Room, 3 Bedrooms, Bathroom and patio area with stone built barbeque. Fully heated.

WILLOW COTTAGE -

Sleeps up to 6 people, consisting of Lounge, Kitchen/Dining Room, 2 Bedrooms, Bathroom and patio area with stone built barbeque. Fully heated.

BRAMBLE COTTAGE -

Sleeps up to 6 people, consisting of Lounge, Kitchen/Dining Room, 2 Bedrooms with ensuite, Bathroom and Shower Room. Private, secluded garden, patio area with stone built barbeque. Fully heated.

For larger parties The Manor and The Mill Cottage can be rented together to provide accommodation for up to 30 people. The two properties have inter-connecting doors between the kitchens and also on the top floor bedroom area.

For even larger parties the whole complex can be rented together to provide accommodation for up to 65 people.
