 Superbly
located in the 'Golden Triangle' between Vilamoura, Vale Do Lobo and Almancil,
Villa Acalmar is ideal for those who prefer a more exclusive holiday. Located
next to the Beach and within easy walking distance of several restaurants. Villa
Acalmar is only 20 minutes from Faro airport.
 The main villa and apartment have been
extensively renovated. The villa has 4 bedrooms (2 twin, a double and 1 family
size) the double and the family room are en-suite, the twin rooms share the
family bathroom. A separate WC is also provided. Comfortably sleeping up to
10.
 An amazing
feature of the main villa is the extensive 40m2 wooden terrace that has been
added to the rear of the villa at first floor level overlooking the garden and
pool area. This terrace provides a fantastic outdoor living space and also
provides access to the garden via the gentle stairway.
 The large kitchen combines with the
lounge making a spacious and comfortable living area. Satellite TV is provided
giving access to UK TV. Air Conditioning is provided
throughout.
 The 2
bedroom Lodge is located slightly away from the main building but still within
the grounds of Villa Acalmar. It’s wooden construction makes it a unique
accommodation with fantastic texture and aura. The Lodge has it’s own terrace
and BBQ. Inside is a large and spacious combined lounge/kitchen/dining area. The
kitchen is fully equipped, UK Satellite TV is provided as is Air Conditioning.
All this combines to make the Lodge self contained within Villa Acalmar. Sleeps
4/6.
 The single
bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor with level access to the
terrace, garden and pool. This very spacious apartment comes with fully equipped
kitchen, UK Satellite TV and Air Conditioning. Sleeps 2/4.
 Villa Acalmar has off road parking with
access gained via motorised gates.
