ABBEYHAVEN is a luxury privately owned home not just a rental property.

The villa is located near the Prestigious Champions Gate, in a private gated community, surrounded by beautiful landscaping.

For our guests use there is a community clubhouse, Gym, Tennis and volley ball courts, plus a communal swimming pool, recently opened.

We take great pride in our newly up-graded, and furnished to a high standard home, we are very hands on owners, and make sure our guests are well catered for.

 
The villa has 4 bedrooms 2 masters both with en-suite, and 3 bathrooms, a spacious single storey home for your vacation, it is fully air conditioned, with ceiling fans in most rooms.

 
The main master bedroom has a large dresser with drawers and mirror, and bedside tables, with a TV , there are patio doors leading onto the pool deck, the en-suite has a large walk in shower cubicle, twin vanity unit, corner bath tub, the toilet is discretely placed with privacy, there are coloured towels for your use, the large walk in closet is accessed through a door leading off from the bathroom.

 
The second master with en-suite has a built in wardrobe, large dresser unit with drawers and mirror,
bedside tables and a TV, the  en-suite has a walk in shower cubicle, a single vanity unit, again with coloured towels.

 
Tinker bell themed twin bedroom, has a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, tinker bell bedding and
accessories.

 
Racing cars themed twin bedroom, has a built in wardrobe, drawer unit and a bedside cabinet, (if children's rooms are not needed and guests would prefer more adult bedding, there is a change of bedding supplied, plus the mattresses are comfortable, we try to cater for all).

 
The third bathroom serving the twin bedroom's has a shower over the bath, a single vanity unit, and this bathroom is also accessed through the pool area.

 
The spacious family room with high cathedral ceiling, has been up-graded to a high standard with quality furniture, there is plenty of comfortable seating, a coffee table and side tables with lamps, a large flat screen TV and DVD player placed in a modern media unit,  the room has been accessorized with a modern contemporary look.

 
The formal dinning room has a large table with matching chairs, comfortable seating for 8 people, everyone can sit at this table, great for a family meal.
There is also matching table accessories.

 
The kitchen is fully equipped with many  useful items supplied, making your catering needs easy, with a oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker/ blender, fridge freezer, waste disposal, there is plenty of table ware, plastic table ware to use outside in the pool area, we have put in a UK must, a electric kettle, there is a table and four chairs in the kitchen nook, great for letting the kids eat on their own, and the formal dinning for grown up time.

 
Utility room has both a large washing machine and dryer, iron/ironing table.

 
Our south/west facing pool area has a large patio, with plenty of room for sunbeds, it has a large Lanai, much needed for shade and alfresco dinning, with table and chairs,  the pool has lighting and a built in spa we have lovely  relaxing views, no back to back pools, you will love the pool area and views.

 
Garage has been made into a games room, there is a good size and good quality pool table, air hockey, and a bar table and stools.
