Susan's Villa:
In approx. 5 - 7 minutes you may walk from the Villa to the Falls, Casino Niagara, Clifton Hill and other Tourist Attractions, also Restaurants from fast food to gourmet. To the Niagara River you have only 1 short block to go. You can see the river banks from the Villa (sorry, not the water for it has dug in very deep over thousands of years) The Villa is an almost new house with modern, tasteful furnishings. Bright and open. Just like your hosts!
There are a lot of green plants and trees around the house. We are building right now many things in the back, from gazebo to sitting benches. We hope this will soon be like a Garden of Eden. The area is very quiet and peaceful. You can not do anything else but love it! You will see!
There is a very nice playground only approx. 100 m away. A real eldorado for your kids! Susan's Villa is a privately all year round operated top tourist accommodation in Niagara Falls, Canada.

A suite in this house would be just perfect for you and will meet all your expectations - and more. All suites have 2 rooms + private bath room. A suite could be divided into two single rooms. There is a TV in every room, of course. The regular, excellent suites on the main floor have a queen bed in 1 room and a twin plus pull-out-sofa for 2 in the 2nd room. Up to 5 people can sleep.

Cancellation policy:
. We are only a small place. If someone would cancel we would lose a lot of revenue for the time of the reservation. We can not afford this as you can imagine. This is the reason we charge 50 % deposit. Hotels/Motels/ B&B’s have similar arrangements. Airlines charge usually 100% at time of booking and in most cases there is no refund as you know. However, there are circumstances which make it necessary to cancel. In a case like this we refund the down payment less 10% (min. $ 30.00) for handling/bank fees if we can find someone else to fill the vacant slot. We recommend a travellers insurance to cover this part of your journey to avoid unpleasant memories. If you have more questions or concerns please write or call.
