The entrance and the living area is on the first floor containing a fully fitted kitchen, dining, and living area, including a further WC. The garden has a 30 sqm swimming pool, kid’s paddling pool and a built-in BBQ.
The Villa is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends enjoying a vacation in style and in a superb location. The Villa is built over a large private 500sqm of garden.

These very stylish 4 bedroomed villas are located in Ovacık, close to all the amenities and attractions. The views of the surrounding mountains and pine trees are quite breathtaking. The famous beach of Ölü Deniz is only a 5 minute bus ride away. The outdoor Monday market is close by selling local produce and textiles. A good selection of bars, restaurants, and shops are within easy reach of these villas. The town of Fethiye is a 15 minute ride away where you can sample a variety of restaurants, bars and souvenir shops. As these villas are situated in an elevated area of Ovacık, they benefit from cool summer breezes.

There are numerous restaurants, bars and shops in the locality which are all within a 5-10 minute walk, so a car is not necessary but villa has private drive area.
