Property Description |
We started this business as we live in the center of Tirana and at the end of the Communist Regime, many of the central former communist hotels shut down their doors. People were looking for a economic way to accomodate themselves and we thought that this could be a nice way to fill a gap and to make a little bit of income for the family. So we started renting out one of the rooms and then we decided to buy a small studio next to where we lived and later another one. We invested at the end of the 90ies to add air conditioned and tv to our accomodation modest structure. Although poor in the beginning one of our strengths was cleaniliness. Now we have added comfort, modernity and services of course without loosing some of the local touch. We love what we do and by choosing to stay in one of our appartments for your leisure or business trip to Albania you will be fealing as if you were at your own home. The location of our appartments is really one of the best things when you choose to stay with us. The one which will be the more distant will force you to walk for 5 minutes to the city center. If that is too far for you you can choose one of those which distant only 3 minutes to the city center. Around the appartments you will find the Albanian National Museum, Skanderbeg Square, the New Bazar, restaurants, banks, bars, exchange offices, pharmacies, ambulances, hospitals, taxi, bus stops, airport bus stop, train station, parks, the Block etc etc. The location is simply GREAT! |
