This ground floor apartment is located overlooking the 14th fairway and lake. From here you will be able to view the setting sun from the comfort of the sofa. Lagos marina and beaches are just 5 mins drive away and are a similar distance away from Luz. This attractively finished apartment has 2 single beds in each bedroom and also a double pull out sofa. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have twin beds. There is an en-suite bathroom in both bedrooms and a wc. There is a bath/shower over and bidet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and high stools and also a fully equipped utility room which has a Hoover and iron/ironing board. In the living/dining area there is a large screen TV with UK and Ireland satellite. There is a patio overlooking the fairway with lounge chairs, a table and sun chairs. The front patio has a table and sun chairs. All rooms have air conditioning/heating and electric shutters with screens. Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: There is on site management. Towels and linen are changed twice weekly including cleaning. Accessibility: There is mobility access on the ground floor.

The apartment is located 1 hour from Faro airport. Car hire is not essential but is recommended to explore the surrounding area. Lagos is just 5 mins by car, Praia da Rocha/Portimao to the east, 15 mins, and Sagres (must see) to the west, 40 mins. Golfing facilities are only walking distance to the 1st, 500 meters and to the 14th, 10 meters.
