Property Description |
This apartment has lovely sea views and a large balcony. The apartment is fully equipped with hot and cold air-conditioning. It has been recently refurbished and we have tried to include everything you could need for your holiday. Bedroom 1 has twin beds with patio doors to the balcony. There is an air-con unit and overhead fan. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a vanity unit, air-con unit and an overhead fan with a small en-suite. There is a new double sofa bed in the lounge. The family bathroom has a large walk-in shower, WC, sink and cupboard. Bedroom 2 is en-suite and has a shower and WC. The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge has patio doors leading onto the balcony. There is a double sofa bed and 2 easy chairs with a dining table and 4 chairs. There is also a colour TV with satellite reception, DVD, radio/CD player and air-conditioning. There is a table and sun chairs on the balcony. There are also 2 awnings to give you shade, tas the apartment is south facing and has the sun all day long. The bedlinen and towels are included and changed weekly. But you will need your own beach towels. There are lifts but we would not recommend this for wheelchair users. |

The sandy beach is a short stroll with shallow waters. There is a bar/restaurant where you can use the pool and sunbeds for a few Euros. In the Port of Adriano there are a number of excellent restaurants. Buses stop right outside with taxis nearby. El Toro village has a supermarket and a number of small bars.There are 17 golf courses in beautiful locations on the Island, and 7 are within a 15 minute drive of the apartment. Golf I & II in Santa Ponsa is a 5 minute drive away whilst Poniente is 10 minutes away. 15 minutes away is the picturesque golf course at Royal Golf Bendinat. Golf D'Andratx is to the South-west and to the east is Son Entem and Son Vida. The airport is 30 mins away. This is an ideal base all year round whether exploring golfing or just relaxing. |
