Property Description

The apartment is situated in a quiet ski resort of Le Grande Terche just a short drive from Morzine and Avoriaz. close proximity of the main lift with shops, resturants, pub and ski hire practically on the doorstep. In the summertime there is a variety of activities offered close by; mountain biking, climbing, white water rafting, or simply walking. There are beaches on Lac Lamond for those that just like to be close to water. There is even a sandy beach (yes imported sand) where dogs are barred and the sand is combed every day. All within easy reach. In addition there are towns like Evian on the French side of the lake and Geneve Luasanne and Montreux on the Swiss side for those who like culture and a bit of retail therapy.
