Cancellations made prior to 60 days before scheduled arrival will receive full refund of rental charges. No refund is given if cancellation is made within 60 days of scheduled arrival. |

Deposits:
Reservation/damage deposit of 1 night's rate is required at time of booking. Half of rental charges are due 120 days before beginning of rental, with remaining half of rental charges due 60 days prior to rental. Security deposit returned after departure. |

Other Fees:
Property will be cleaned before arrival and after departure. Extra cleaning, as often as you like it, can be easily arranged for an additional charge of approx. $50 per cleaning. |

Other policies:
* Discounts are provided for stays of longer than 7 nights, and longer term rentals are considered. We have furnished and accessorized this villa very well for our own personal use, so we are sure you will find everything you’ll need here. We have a manager “on-island” who will assist you in making sure your vacation is great! For a satellite view of Exuma, Elizabeth Harbour and Sea Star, go to Google Earth 23°29’51.01”N, 75°45’41.94”W. Temperatures are normally in the high 70’s and low 80's throughout the year. |
