Situated in the Central Algarve region. The main town of Albufeira is 20 minutes walk or a short taxi ride. The commercial area known as 'the strip' is about a 15 minute walk. Balaia Golf Village is close to the Maria Luisa and Santa Eulalia beaches, both about 5 minutes from the apartment. The nearby fishing village of Olo's da Agua is a ten minute walk. There is a supermarket, beauty clinic, hairdresser and gift/newspaper shop at the entrance to the village. With the 9 hole par 3 golf course, driving range and club house a short walk from the apartment. There are 6 swimming pools on the complex, the main pool and restaurant is about two hundred yards from the apartment. All major golf courses are within easy reach of Balaia and reduced green fees can be arranged. |
