This beautiful apartment is situated in Vila Olympica, one of the most prestigious parts of the city center, and it is only 2 minutes walk from the beach. The neighborhood is residential and safe, with shopping and recreation centers, restaurants, cinemas, walking and hiking paths, etc. All centric areas of the city (Puerto Olimpico, El Born, Barrio Gotico, Ramblas, Placa Catalunya, Sagrada Familia, etc.) are within a walking distance. Ideal for families with children. Park de la Ciutadella, the Zoo, Bcn Aquarium, and the beach are all less than 10 minutes on foot. Metro and bus station very close by. Easy to find taxi. Street parking easy to find.
