Property Description

Our building, Beach Cottage II completed a massive renovation inside and out in 2007 and 2008.

Already one of the favorite destination locations for families and couples looking for a great beach with

wide open sand and a great beach area, the renovations have dramatically increased the pleasure of

all vacationers.

Beach Dreams - Beach Cottage 2103 Indian Shores - is our Vacation Home

As the owners, we purchased the property because we loved the building, the location and the

convenience of being on the floor level with the pool deck.

We use the property for several weeks a year and I always wonder how the people on the other floors

do it. Want a drink when you are at the pool? Just stroll into the unit and make one! Kids need to eat

lunch? No need to ride an elevator, just sit them down on the patio - no need for them to even dry off!

And the year I tore up my knee this same floor convenience was a must as going up steps was more

than I could handle.

We make Beach Dreams available to Vacation Travelers during the weeks when we and our family are

not using it. As such it is kept in the best possible condition and local management can also address

any issues that may occur during your stay.

We are happy to say that we have a loyal group of vacationers that have returned year after

year and whom we consider friends.
