Villa Alexia is situated in a relaxing quiet area surrounded by olive groves This beautiful villa is ideal for couples looking for a relaxing break or families who want all the comforts of home whilst on holiday. The villa itself offers comfortable accomodation with everything you require for a home from home holiday as well as all of the amenities in the nearest resort of Lagana being easily accessible. The villa has 2 bedrooms so sleeps 4 people. However, there are an additional 2 single pull out beds which are on the floor and could be used for 2 children. The villa has 2 bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen with everything you need should you wish to be fully self-catering on your holiday. There is also a washing machine, ironing board & iron, and even hairdryer should you require them. The spacious lounge is ideal for relaxing in. In the garden is a beautiful private swimming pool for relaxing around. For those who enjoy alfresco dining there is also a BBQ at the villa. |

Villa Alexia is situated in the area of Agrillia. It is close to the town of Laganas which is a lively resort with something for everyone ranging from bars, clubs to a variety of restaurants including obviously those offering Greek cuisine. If you prefer a quieter resort then Kalamaki is also near to the villa and although possible to reach by foot, for some they may find it a little far so it is better to go by car or taxi. The beach at Lagana is within walking distance and for those who enjoy walking it is possible to walk along the beach to the resort of Kalamaki. This beach is one of the many famous nesting places for the turtles and depending on which month it is during the summer season, they can usually be seen just by hiring a pedalo. For those wishing to explore the entire island it is possible to hire a car, motor bike or quad bike to get around the beautiful island. There are many things to see the most famous being the shipwreck and the blue caves. |

The remaining balance will be due 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday booking plus a security deposit of 100 Euro will also be payable at that time. This security deposit is returned within 2 weeks of your departure. Air-conditioning is an additional 40 Euro per week. A Welcome Pack is an additonal 20 Euro. Mid-stay clean and laundry changes are available for an additional charge. If you require any of these extra services please state at time of booking. |
