Ideally located in a quiet area, but within easy walking distance of hisaronu and all local transport links. 10 minute dolmus ride brings you to the beach resort of Olu Deniz, with its world famous Blue Lagoon. A 15 minute dolmus ride in the opposite direction brings you to the bustling market town of Fethiye, with its harbour and large selection of shops, bars & restaraunts. This superb Apartment was newly built in 2007, and is ideally suited for 6 people. with 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds & one with twin beds, all with fitted wardrobes, plenty of drawer space, and bedside cabinets, two bathrooms(one en-suite) the family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. The lounge and kitchen are open plan, there is a large picture window, and a door leading to the large veranda, overlooking the pool. It is attractively furnished with 2 large sofas, a coffee table, dining table & chairs, and a satelite TV and DVD player for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full cooker & oven, a large fridge freezer, a washing machine, a microwave,toaster, electric kettle, and is well equipped with pots & pans, cutlery and glasses, for all your self catering needs. Sunloungers and mattresses are provided for the sole use of our guests, The apartment is fully air conditioned. This small complex is made up of three blocks, with four apartments in each, there is a shared pool, a kiddies splash pool, all set in a small garden, with a grassed area at the back, for those who want to sunbath away from the pool. Linen & towels are provided (not for use around the pool) a package can be arranged for those who wish to take advantage of the cleaning & laundry services (charged locally) |

The location of the apartment Located in the Ovacik/Hisaronu area, Hisaronu village, with it's lively selection of bars, restaraunts and shops is a ten minute walk from the apartment, there are also a selection of bars just a couple of minutes away, for those who don't feel like walking far. The bus stop is two minutes walk away, making it easy to get to just about anywhere. Fethiye harbour, where you can book your boat trips, in one direction, Olu Deniz beach in the other direction. Some of the beach sports include paragliding, microliting, watersports boat trips. You can also hire Quod bikes, or go pony trekking. |

Cancellation policy:
CANCELLATION POLICY A none refundable holding deposit is required at the time of booking, if a cancellation is requested more than eight weeks in advance of the letting, the balance of any monies paid, less the holding deposit, will be returned to the tenant. If the cancellation is requested within eight weeks prior to the letting, the owner will retain the holding deposit, and also reserve the right to retain the balance of the letting, (should it not be possible to re-let for this period). |
