This is a great room to store many of the household essentials, cleaning products, ironing board, hoover etc. The games room in this house is just one of the crowning jewels, this amazing room consists of a small study area, with state of the art computer equipment and wireless internet access, football table, computer games consule table that plays all the great arcade games such as PacMan and Space Invaders! A full size pool table, a dancing pole, a large home bar with sink, toilet facilities and a sound system to knock your socks off! The games room is home to an amazing four flat screen televisions! Leading off from the games room is a workshop and access to the garage which can house one car if needed. Games room has patio doors from left to right giving you a wonderful view of the whole garden. The garden itself is a treat if you stay in this property, there is a large heated swimming pool surrounded by a decking area which is ideal for al fresco dining, a section of lawn which is kept in immaculate condition and a large childrens play area to the rear of the garden, which is a large sandpit with family size trampoline and a great wooden castle structure with swings, slides and a climbing face! Great for small and big kids alike! Upstairs consists of five bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms and a master bathroom. Bedroom one, front facing, has a double bed and ample wardrobe space. Bedroom two a single bed again front facing with built in wardrobe space. Bedroom three, front facing, with double bed, large fitted wardrobes and an ensuite toilet and shower room. Main Bathroom, has large bath with toilet and separate shower. Bedroom Four, rear aspect, double bed with fitted sink. Bedroom Five/ Master Bedroom, with large ensuite bathroom which consist of bath vanity units and sink. Walk in wardrobe and patio doors out onto a roof terrace which houses sun loungers and the last jewel in the crown for this property, a hot tub! There are stairs from this top terrace that led down to the decking and the swimming pool on the fround level. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions, and dvd players with the Master Bedroom having sky digital fitted. Staying in this luxury house is a pure delight for anyone!

Between 56 days and 42 days 30% charge
Between 41 days and 28 days 40% charge
Between 27 days and 14 days 50% charge
Between 13 days and 7 days 70% charge
Between 6 days and arrival 100% charge

Cancellation charges are based on the total holiday cost. Cancellation charges are sometimes reclaimable on your insurance policy. Name changes are considered as an amendment.
