Bron Nant means on the brow of the hill beside the stream. This aptly describes this lovely holiday cottage situated three miles from Betws-y-Coed in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park. The cottage lies at an elevation of approximately seven hundred and fifty feet above sea level. Facing south west it offers unobscured views of the hills and peaks of the Snowdon range. Due also to its elevation stunning sunsets can be enjoyed through out the year. The cottage was built around 1750 and was originally two cottages together. In 2004 a complete renovation of the building took place which was completed in early 2009. It is now available for rent and can accommodate up to eight adults with three bathrooms. Bron Nant as described is situated on the brow of a hill beside a small stream. The stream has a very pleasant pool of about five feet deep and thirty feet long (provided there is no drought) swimming and canoe training exercise are permitted in the pool but totally at your own responsibility and supervision. Outside furniture is provided and a barbecue area as well as basket ball net (for the young and energetic) in the large and spacious car park. Bron-Nant is situated 4 miles from Betws-y-Coed the heart of the Snowdonia National Park. There are numerous pubs and resturants to visit.
