Close to the border of the Tarn et Garonne and the Haute Garonne in the heart of the Midi Pyrenees, we have a 5 bed, 2 bath house for use as a holiday let.The property was built in the 1930's after the previous property was destroyed in the great flood of March 1930.It is situated on the river Tarn which provides excellent fishing opportunities and is close to 2 villages, and within 5km of the major town of Villemur-sur-Tarn.The house is within 25 mins of a major motorway, and 40 mins of Toulouse International Airport.This is a place to simply relax, or use as a base for lots of activities and is ideally situated for wine tasting, visiting medieval hilltop villages, and of course fishing. |
