Overlooking the Grande Mosquée de Paris, this beautiful and well appointed apartment is located in one of the best known of Paris’central districts, The Latin Quarter. It is just a few steps away from the Jardin des Plantes botanical garden and the Muséum national d'histoire naturelle. A two minute walk to the Censier/Daubenton Metro stop (line 7) connects you with the rest of the city.

At 39m2, the apartment has been fully renovated in 2010. A large, bright American style kitchen and family room, complete with high-level appliances, is furnished for comfort with a three person leather couch and a 56” flat-screen TV. The Salon is furnished with a day bed that can be opened to queen-sized bed allowing the apartment to sleep up to 5 people (perfect for a family). The master bedroom has a queen-sized, memory foam bed and its own flat-screen TV. Both the master bedroom and Salon afford you beautiful views of the Grande Mosquée.

The bathroom has slate floor, white tile, mirrored walls, and towel warmer. The large two-person Jacuzzi tub (with air and water jets) has water fall faucets and a fixed rainfall standing shower. The window from the bathroom overlooks the garden terrace below. The room is light and inviting to relax in a jetted tub after walking trough Paris or a quick shower before you leave in the morning.

The apartment is located on the 4th FLOOR (5th American Floor), no elevator.
