Centrally located in the friendly local village of Braunton you will be within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and pubs the village has to offer, yet you will tucked away from the hustle and bustle and can enjoy the numerous coastal paths directly from your doorstep. You will be perfectly positioned for touring this wonderful part of the County and will be a short drive to Croyde, which offers a selection of thatched/period cottages, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Croyde is also the home of the Surf Schools. Other activities include Roylands Riding Stables, Cascades Indoor Funpool, Park & Skate Ramps. Baggy Point is an area of outstanding beauty it is National Trust Land, and provides stunning walks around the headland from Croyde to Putsborough.

There are also many attractions nearby, such as the Big Sheep, Milky Way and historic coastal towns / villages to visit. Blue flag beaches within walking distance or a short drive include: Woolacombe, Putsborough & Saunton. Further afield are; Clovelly, Hartland, and Westward Ho! If you get tired of the beach, (as if), other activities such as golf, tennis and cycling can also be found in the area.

From the moment you step through the door you will feel at home within offshore, Bright and vibrant cushioned seating area with a large windows filling the rooms with sun-a-plenty  and beached themed pictures, canvas’s and accessories throughout the property.

Master bedroom   Watch the sunset in this tastefully decorated bedroom with sumptuous King-size bed. Boasting stylish wardrobes, bedside units and chest of drawers. The master bedroom is large and spacious with a 19’’ free view LCC TV, built in DVD player and full length mirror.

Second bedroom Benefiting from the morning sun, this room is light and airy. Decorated in calming aqua colours and consisting of twin beds that can be made into a king-size bed (upon request) this room is very flexible to suit all parties.

Lounge/diner With ample light from the large windows at either end of the room the lounge diner is a bright sunny large spacious room, with a curved chocolate brown corner suite.  With a HD 32’’ free view LCD TV with DVD, VCR player and electric effect wood burner on a black tiled hearth. Perfect to snuggle up on those chilly nights with a glass of wine, DVD and just relax!

There is a selection of DVDs and videos provided for your entertainment together with an assortment of toys, games, books and surfing magazines.

Adjacent to the lounge end of the room there is an unusual glass dining room table which is perfect for evening dining for 6people. The owners have restored the original cottage floorboards to complete the beach feel to offshore.

Bathroom Cosy and warm family bathroom with cool calming blues; this bathroom is the perfect place to unwind. Shower bath with electric shower over and for ease of bathing children a separate mixer tap and integrated hose attachment. WC and washbasin.

Kitchen with fitted white shaker units with beech worktops and a cool revitalising colour scheme. The kitchen features a stylish breakfast bar with chrome bar stools perfect for your midmorning coffee and croissants.  Offshore also has all the appliances you could possibly wish for including; Tall fridge freezer with built in drinks dispenser, radio and iPod docking station, dishwasher, built in oven, microwave and even a lemon squeezer!

Utility room Leading off from the kitchen is a utility area with washing machine, wetsuit drying area and sliding doors to the enclosed back garden.

Outside living space The rear garden is fully enclosed with a typical country garden cottage feel at one side and a large spacious decking area with beach orientated plants at the other end, appealing to various clientele. Seperating these two areas Offshore boasts a 4seater jacuzzi hot tub, great for relaxing in at the end of a days surfing! Offshore has 2 patio sets, Sun loungers, BBQ, play house and sand/water trays. There is a garage for secure storage of bikes & surfboards.

Bedroom 3 / Games room Recently converted, the garage situated adjacent to the property has now been made into a luxury "teen pad" haven getaway. Comprising of funky colours, a bunk bed, games table and games console. It makes a great retreat for the children as an additional 3rd bedroom (Not suitable for young children)

The front garden is a picturesque haven of tranquillity with large shaped lawn and stunning azalea bushes. Private “lover’s seat” under the honeysuckle ideal for watching the sun set over the historic Great Fields.

Private driveway with parking for 2cars, well behaved pets welcome, regrettably no smoking inside the property, Bed linen, electric and full gas central heating included.

Towel hire is available at £3 per towel bale and £4 per beach towel

Woof Woof For dogs on holiday there is a small enclosed grassed area at the side of the bungalow (dog owners are responsible for removal of their doggie deposits) There is a water/feed bowl provided and welcome treats on arrival for their holiday!
