Property Description

The lounge area is fully equipped with Flat screen Tv /DVD player / CD player / Two couches (one being a pull out double sofa bed), coffee table, Dining Table and four chairs.
The Kitchen area is fully equiped with washing machine, dishwasher, hob,oven,fridge,freezer,Kettle, Toaster etc
The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, there are two single beds, 2 side lockers and a large fiited wardrobe. There is also a second WC/Shower & wash hand basin in the hallway in the Apartment.
The Balcony overlooks the magnificent sights of the Marina where you can watch yauhts coming and going. It is equiped with a Table, chairs and sun parasol. It is approx 15sq m in size as is the private roof top terrace which has two sun loungers which also has beautiful view of the Marina.
The Apartment also caters for small children having a Baby cot, steam sterilizer and high Chair.

The beach is only a few minutes walk away. This location is the ideal place to explore the Costa Del Sol or just sit back and soak up the views and the atmosphere
