Surrounded by the nice and green Umbrian countryside, close to Tuscany and Marche limits, “Il Borghetto di Pedana” in Città di Castello is the best place for people who wants to spend the perfect holiday to relax. It’s located in a nice position on Umbrian hills, surrounded by cultivated fields, woods, vineyards and wonderful olive trees.
Two independent apartments are fully-equipped for its guests, they are furnished in old style with a great view on Umbrian countryside and hills. To the first floor there’s the biggest apartment of the whole structure, perfect to host six people, it’s composed by a big dining room, kitchen, kitchenette, living room, lounge with tv and library corner, three double bedrooms, two baths. Nice features are an Eighteenth century stone washbasin in the kitchen and a fireplace in the living room. A very nice stone made stairs leads to the entrance where there is a wonderful fully-furnished balcony with garden furniture to enjoy the exciting panorama on the surrounding countryside.
Situated upstairs, the second apartment faces directly onto the upper level where lays the swimming pool. It can host up to four people and it is composed by a big living room with kitchen, lounge with tv and fireplace, two big double bedrooms and bathroom en-suite. There is also a garden with barbecue and table to have lunch.
The swimming pool, with salt water, is located in a wide green area onto the upper level close to the house, this position is perfect to enjoy the wonderful panorama on the valley and the nearby village.
It’s equipped with lawn chairs, beach umbrellas, gazebo and all the necessary to relax. It’s the best place for people who want to listen to music, read, tan or have a nice break for a quick lunch. |

The property is located in country but only 10 kms far from Città di Castello. This is a nice town in the northern part of Umbria, rich of churcs, museums and good restaurants. Place to visit: historical center with civic tower, Alberto Burri's museum, the Dome church, Vitelli Palace etc. On thursday and saturday there's a caracteristic market in the historical center. |
