Property Description

The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor, accessible by lift, from the well presented Entrance Hall.  There is a large private swimming pool within the urbanisation, fitted with disabled chair lift.  Here you will find plenty of grassed area to relax in, as well as toilets and a kiosk providing a variety of drinks and snacks.  There is also a full time Life Guard on duty.  The apartment is centrally located on the border of Benalmadena and Arroyo de La Miel.  No transport required, transfers arranged if required.

This apartment is well presented, spacious and newly decorated.  There are 3 double bedrooms, all with plenty of wardrobe space.  One bedroom has a superking size bed, one double and the other has twin beds.  In addition a fold-up bed may be hired if required.  The Lounge/Diner is spacious with 42" flat screen Satellite TV, DVD, and Stereo system.  There are patio doors leading to the balcony overlooking the pool areea.  There is a separate fully equipped kitchen for self-catering, lots of cupboard space and a small breakfast seating area.
