Property Description

An exceptional villa situated in the much sought after area of La Capellania, Benalmadena Pueblo, with easy access to the motor way. Situated close to Higueron commercial centre where there is a supermarket, bar, restaurants, newsagents and other shops, only minutes drive to the beach. This is a beautiful villa, situated close to all the Costa's main attractions, making it an ideal family holiday location. The urbanization hosts its own beach and Spanish Beach Bar/Restaurant with sun beds and parasols available for hire.

The villa is set in secluded grounds and has an enclosed garden with private swimming pool, and pool slide. There is also a security gate with intercom system, and garage parking.

Villa Gaviota has a large and spacious lounge with archway leading through into the dining room. Fully installed with Cable TV, with British, Spanish and Dutch Chanels.  There is a family sized kitchen which is fully eqippped with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

The master bedroom has a luxury en-suite bathroom, walk in wardrobe, patio doors leading to a terrace area. The further two double bedrooms where one has twin beds and the other a double bed share a further family bathroom.

The Costa del Sol has over 30 golf courses with the nearest ones being a 10 minute drive. Other interesting locations and cities to visit include Marbella and Puerto Banus (20mins), Malaga (25/30mins), Estepona (40mins), Gibraltar and Ronda (90mins), Granada (90mins), Seville, Jerez (3hrs), Sierra Nevada (2 hrs)
