THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Any place is nearby from this centrically located apartment. It’s only then a matter of what you like to do. Right in front of it you find the incredible Parque del Oeste (West Park), one of the backbones of the city, a pleasant place that makes you forget the rest of the city when you go for a walk among the trees from Cristo Rey to Palacio Real (Real Palace) and the place known as “the Madrid of the Austrians” where you take a break and be part of the multicolor environment enjoying a “tapa” or dining at one of its well known restaurants. The university sector is just 10 minutes away. There are several universities gathered in this sector. From Madrid’s Universidad Complutense, to the private university of San Pablo Ceu. If you like going shopping, you’ll find interesting stores in this same area, however within a five minute walk you will arrive at Calle Princesa (Princess Street), which is one of the sites with a wide variety of stores. Lots of buses pass by this apartment, and taking the subway is also an option as there are two points of access there that will take you anywhere you like.

THE APARTMENT

This apartment, situated in the sixteenth floor of a majestic and luxurious building, possesses fabulous views of almost all of Madrid. It can accommodate five people with a full size bed in the main room as well as two single beds in another room, with the option of fitting a third single bed. This apartment has a modern bathroom with large windows which will allow you to enjoy the view of Madrid while taking a shower or brushing your teeth. Its modern American style kitchen connects to the living room through a great counter, which converts into a breakfast table. The living room is very well illuminated and comfortable and it has the luxury of sharing the same amazing views as the other spaces in the apartment. During summer you can enjoy the spectacular pool located on the top of the building where you can have a refreshing swimming time while enjoying the beautiful views of the city.
