Property Description

Las Brisas has a large heated swimming pool ( with life guard), surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, a separate childrens pool, a childrens play area and 2 tennis courts. It has been credited as a Gold Crown resort.

Overlooking the pool is the reception building including a snack bar, bar and restaurant, indoor games room and shop. Internet access is available in reception. Las Brisas is only a five minute walk from the shops, bars, restaurants and beaches of Playa Blanca.

The bungalow has its own patio garden which includes 2 sun loungers, patio furniture and a barbecue. It is well appointed with an all electric kitchen comprising oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a microwave oven along with a full range of crockery and cutlery. The comfortable living area includes a dining table and chairs, a colour television with satellite reception, a DVD and a telephone. There is a sofa bed which sleeps 2.

There is the option of Air Conditioning in the bedroom if required, at a charge of 25 euros per week, payable to reception.

The bedroom has two single beds, supplied with bed linen, there is plenty of storage space and a mosquito roller blind. The separate bathroom comprises of a wash basin, toilet, bidet, bath with shower over, shaving point, mosquito blind to the window. Towels are provided.

Pool towels are provided but a refundable deposit is required on your arrival at Las Brisas. Weekly maiid service.
