What we offer
Our villa is suitable for all ages. For your comfort and privacy is carefully divided into four independent apartments of 95 m2 each. The large private swimming pool with access for disabled, completes the perfect setting for a great holiday. The villa is entirely to hire up to 24 people so you can enjoy your undisturbed holiday.
Each apartment has two bedrooms with two single beds, a kitchen and a sofa bed in every living room. All apartments are furnished and decorated and fully equipped with everything you need during your stay.
As an extra, the apartments designed for the needs of people with reduced mobility needs. We offer two apartments on the ground all the comfort you need as disabled. For example, all barrier-free floors and extra wide doors. But the toilet and shower are specially designed for you. If you are disabled and special needs / wishes let us know. We work with an organization where we work with you every tool needed to hire.

Each apartment has:
• air conditioning / heating;
• fully equipped kitchen with cooking gas, refrigerator, washing machine, and electric oven with grill:
• two bedrooms with two single beds;
• Fully equipped bathroom (with personal alarm);
• terrace with sea view and / or pool;
• living room with an excellent double sofa bed;

• wifi;
• burglar alarm;
• linen and towels are provided. The towels should not be taken to the beach. Please also provide your own beach towel;
• Capacity 1-6 people;
• private parking;
• there is a high chair and cot available on request.

Villa Carpe Diem is located just outside the center of Calpe. Less than 5 minutes drive from our villa is the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca. You also have a great view from our villa at the famous 332 meters high rock El Penon de Ifach. But a visit to the beautiful Altea, Alicante or Valencia is definitely a possibility. Overall a place where you can relax but also can be active. |

Cancellation policy:
Below is our rental conditions on. These are per apartment unless otherwise stated. General 1. the minimum number of nights that you can rent an apartment is 4;
2. you need the apartment by 11.00 am to have left (if you store your luggage after departing, we offer you free of charge);
3. later use of the apartment is possible from 15.00 hours;
4. maximum number of persons: 6. It is not allowed to take more than this number of people in the apartment overnight without consultation;
5. when booking, a deposit of 30% of the rent to meet. The remaining 70% will then be due 6 weeks before the rental period. For reservations within these 6 weeks you will pay the lump sum payable;
6. cancellation more than 6 weeks before the rental period will be no refund of deposit. Has been paid more than a repayment of an overpayment;
7. cancellation less than six weeks before the start of the first day of the rental period will be no refund. Should it still be rented apartment, then a repayment period of the lease deduction of the deposit and € 50 administration fee.
8. Villa Carpe Diem reserves the right to unacceptable behavior to deny access to the villa without refund of monies;
9. Villa Carpe Diem can not accept liability for loss, theft, damage or injury of any kind whatsoever caused to or by established tenants apartments.
Conditions
1. damage and / or loss of inventory by yourself should be reported immediately. If you break something, you must replace it with an object of the same type and value;
2. The tenant gets a set of keys. If you lose the keys, the costs will be paid by the renter;
3. We ask a deposit of € 250 per apartment. If you rent the villa, we require a deposit of € 500;
4. for the final cleaning we charge € 70 per apartment;
5. Electricity charged per use at € 0,25 per kw/h;
6. Pets are not allowed;
7. Smoking is only allowed outside.
